Who we are

Ethiopian Association in the Greater Toronto Area and Surrounding Regions is a non-political, non-profit, independent, community-based organization that is established to preserve and promote the 3000 years of Ethiopian cultural heritage, thereby contributing to the cultural Mosaic of Canada. In addition, the Ethiopian Community Association is engaged in community and youth environment programs that will foster a stronger and vibrant community.

WHAT WE DO​

The Association is committed to facilitating the full participation of all persons of Ethiopian origin in the social, cultural, and civic life of Canada, and to the preservation and promotion of their rich and diverse cultural heritage. The Association’s programs and services are provided without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnic origin, creed, political affiliation, religion, physical or mental disability.
